健脾祛浊解毒法联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎黏膜愈合的影响

Effect of J ianpi Quzhuo J iedu Method Combined with Mesalazine on Healing of Ulcerative Colitis Mucosa

目的观察健脾祛浊解毒法联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者内镜下黏膜愈合的效果,并对该方法的作用机制进行探讨。方法将60例UC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,2组均给予口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片(1.0 g,每日3次)治疗8周,其中观察组加予健脾祛浊解毒中药口服。对2组患者治疗前及治疗8周后的疾病活动指数(DAI)及内镜评分进行比较。结果治疗8周后,观察组疾病活动度指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),内镜下黏膜缓解率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛浊解毒法联合美沙拉嗪能明显改善患者临床症状,促进结肠黏膜愈合,本研究为治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供了有效方法。

Objective To review the curative effect of herbal compound of invigorating spleen for removing turbid and detoxifying method on mucosal healing of ulcerative colitis（ UC） observed with endoscope. Methods UC patients（ n = 60） were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 30） and control group（ n =30）. Two groups were treated with mesalazine（ 1 g, 3/d） for 8 weeks, and treatment group was additionally given retention herbal compound of invigorating spleen for removing turbid and detoxifying method. The changes of disease active index and endoscope scores were compared between two groups before and after the treatment. Results After treatment for 8 weeks, DAI in treatment group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was significant（ P 〈0.05）. The remission rate observed with endoscope was increased in treatment group, and the difference was significant（ P 〈0.05） between two groups. Conclusion The herbal compound of invigorating spleen for removing turbid and detoxifying method combined with Mesalazine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, promote the healing of colonic mucosa.This study provides an effective method for the treatment of UC.
