乳消3号合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生伴子宫肌瘤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ruxiao No.3 Combined with Tamoxifen in Treating Breast Hyperplasia with Uterine Fibroids

目的观察乳消3号联合他莫昔芬治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生伴子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将90例符合诊断标准的患者随机分成3组,中药组口服乳消3号,西药组口服他莫昔芬片,中西药组两药联用,观察比较3组的临床效果以及乳房疼痛、结块、月经失调、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜厚度的变化。结果中药组、西药组及中西药组的临床总有效率分别为80.0%(24/30)、83.3%(25/30)、93.3%(28/30),中西药组的临床总有效率明显高于中药组与西药组(P<0.05),并且在乳房疼痛程度、结块大小、月经失调方面的治疗效果都明显优于其他组别(P<0.05),同时中西药组也能更加有效地抑制子宫内膜的过度增生(P<0.05);中药组在乳房疼痛、月经不调的改善上较西药组明显(P<0.05);西药组在治疗后明显促进子宫内膜的增生,对月经不调的症状并无明显的改善作用。结论乳消3号联合他莫昔芬治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生伴子宫肌瘤的临床效果更佳,为该病的临床诊治提供一个新的方向。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruxiao No.3 combined with tamoxifen in treating Chong and Ren disorders breast hyperplasia with uterine fibroids. Methods 90 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups.Ruxiao No.3 used Chinese herbal medicine group and tamoxifen was used in the western medicine group, combination of two drugs were used in Chinese and Western medicine group. Results The total effective rate of the Chinese herbal medicine Group, western medicine group, and Chinese and Western medicine group were 80.0%（24/30）, 83.3%（25/30） and 93.3%（28/30）respectively. The clinical total effective rate of Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of Chinese herbal medicine group and western medicine group（ P〈0.05）, and the treatment effects in the degree of breast pain, atherosclerosis size, menstrual disorders were significantly better than other groups（ P〈0.05）, at the same time, the Chinese and Western medicine group could also effectively inhibit the hyperplasia of the endometrium（ P 〈0.05）. The Chinese herbal medicine group had significant improvement in breast pain and irregular menstruation compared with the western medicine group（ P〈0.05）, the western medicine group obviously promoted the proliferation of the endometrium after treatment, and there was no obvious improvement in the symptoms of irregular menstruation. Conclusion Ruxiao No.3 combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of indecent hyperplasia of breast hyperplasia with uterine fibroids has better clinical effect, and provides a new direction for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
