中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(79) 杨氏3+疗法“经五针”穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经临床观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(79) Clinical Observation on "J ingwuzhen" of the Yang's 3+ Therapy Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的观察杨氏3+疗法"经五针"治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将85例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组42例,其中治疗组采用杨氏3+疗法"经五针"治疗,对照组采用口服药物治疗,2组均治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组短期及长期总有效率分别为97.7%(42/43)和97.7%(42/43),对照组分别为78.6%(33/42)和64.3%(27/42);2组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论经五针治疗原发性痛经效果明显优于口服药物治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂ jingwuzhen＂ of the Yang＇s 3＋ therapy acupoint catgut embedding in thetreatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 85 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into observation group of43 cases and control group of 42 cases. Among them, the treatment group was treated with Yang 3＋ therapy and the control groupwas treated with oral medicine. The two groups were treated with three courses. Results The shortterm and long-term total effectiverate of the treatment group was 97.7 % （42/43） and 97.7 % （42/43） respectively, and the short-term and long-term total effectiverate of the control group was 78.6% （ 33/43） and 64.3% （ 27/43） respectively. The difference between the two groups wasstatistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ＂ jingwuzhen＂ in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is better thanthat of oral medicine, which is worthy of clinical reference.
