消肿贴冷敷治疗踝关节骨折L-H分型围术期肿胀20例

Observation on the Curative Effect of Cold Compress of Chinese Medicine Xiaozhong Plaster in the Treatment of Perioperative Swelling of Ankle Fracture

目的讨论自制中药"消肿贴"冷敷对踝关节骨折L-H分型围术期肿胀的临床治疗价值。方法选取40例踝关节骨折L-H分型围术期肿胀住院患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为2组,每组20例,试验组给予自制中药"消肿贴"冷敷和常规治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。2组患者均治疗2周。比较2组患者的临床疗效和患肢肿胀程度。结果治疗后,中药冷敷自制"消肿贴"组患者总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者肿胀度量表评分均有不同程度降低(P<0.05)。结论自制中药"消肿贴"冷敷对踝关节L-H分型骨折围术期肿胀的临床治疗效果显著,能够有效减轻患者肿胀度。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of cold compress of Chinese medicine Xiaozhong plaster in treating perioperative swelling of ankle fracture with L-H classification. Methods 40 cases of ankle fractures L-H classification perioperative swelling hospitalized patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group received cold compress of Chinese medicine Xiaozhong plaster and routine therapy The control group received routine treatment. Patients in both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Comparison of the clinical efficacy and the degree of swelling of the affected limbs between the two groups was made. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈 0.05）. In both groups, the scores of swelling scale were decreased to different degrees（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Cold compress of Chinese medicine Xiaozhong plaster in treating perioperative swelling of ankle fracture with L-H classification has significantly clinical effect, can effectively reduce swelling degree.
