中医护理心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients with Heart Failure

目的研究心力衰竭患者应用中医护理服务的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年3月收治的心力衰竭患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。给予对照组患者常规护理措施,在对照组基础上给予试验组患者中医护理服务。比较患者护理后的心功能分级,对患者治疗后的生存质量评分进行比较,并比较患者的护理满意度。结果患者护理后的心功能分级比较,试验组更优,P<0.05。患者治疗后的生存质量评分比较,试验组更优,P<0.05。患者护理满意度比较,试验组更高,P<0.05。结论心力衰竭患者应用中医护理服务的效果较好,能明显改善患者的心功能,促使患者生存质量提升,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing service in patients with heart failure. Methods 100 patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The routine nursing measures were given to the control group, and the patients in the experimental group were given the traditional Chinese medicine nursing service on the basis of the control group. The heart function grade, the quality of life score and patient ＇s nursing satisfaction was compared. Results The classification of cardiac function in the patients of the experimental group after nursing was better, and the comparison of the data was P〈 0.05. After treatment, the quality of life score of the experimental group was better, and the comparison of the data was P 〈0.05. The patients＇ nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher, and the comparison of the data was P〈 0.05.Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine nursing service in patients with heart failure has better effect, can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients and promote the quality of life of patients, so it has high clinical value.
