葡萄膜炎近10年病因及治疗的研究进展

Research Progress on the Etiology and Treatment of Uveitis in Recent 10 years

目的研究病毒性葡萄膜炎在已知发病原因中所占比例的变化。方法通过对近几年发表的有关发病原因的文献回顾分析,进行时间和地区的分析比对,将病毒性葡萄膜炎的发病率统一换算为发病人数/总人数,研究发病率的变化。结果病毒性葡萄膜炎所占比例由2000年左右的1%~3%在近10年提高到了10%左右。结论病毒性葡萄膜炎发病率逐年提高,中药对于该病有较好的疗效,且副作用小。

Objective To study the changes of the proportion of patients with royal uveitis in known causes. Methods A retrospective analysis of the literature published in recent years on the causes of the disease was made, analysis and comparison of time and area,unified conversion of the incidence of viral uveitis to the number/total number of patients with viral uveitis. Results The incidence of viral uveitis increased from 1-3% in 2000 to about 10% in the last 10 years. Conclusion The incidence of viral uveitis is increasing year by year, traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect on viral uveitis, and its side effect is small
