高铁时代背景下怀化建设区域中心城市研究

Study on the Construction of Regional Central Cities in Huaihua Under the Background of Railway High-speed Era

随着我国《中长期铁路网规划》的实施,"八纵八横"的高铁网络正在形成,高铁将成为新的重要的交通渠道,开通的沪昆高铁与开建的张吉怀高铁及规划中渝怀高铁、怀桂高铁在怀化交汇,怀化作为全国性交通枢纽的地位进一步提升,由此对怀化的城市建设提出了更高的要求。对高铁时代背景下怀化建设区域中心城市的必要性、有利条件、挑战以及路径进行全方位思考与研究具有战略意义。

With the implementation of China＇s ＂Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan ＂, the＂eight vertical and eight horizontal＂ high-speed rail network is being formed. Railway high-speed will become a new important transportation channel. The railway high-speed of Shanghai to Kunming and the building Zhang Jihuai railway and the planned Chongqing to Huaihua railway, Huaihua to Guilin railway will meet in Huaihua. Huaihua as the national transportation hub has been further enhanced, which puts forward higher requirements for Huaihua＇s urban construction. It is of strategic significance to consider and study the necessity, favorable conditions,challenges and paths of Huaihua＇s construction of regional central cities under the background of railway high-speed era.
