"四个全面"战略布局乃习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,是马克思主义与中国现实与实践相结合的新飞跃,是中国智慧的新发展。从马克思主义哲学视角探究,"四个全面"内含着极为丰富的哲学意蕴:在认识论方面,展现出一切从实际出发、实事求是、求真务实并与时俱进的理路;在价值论方面,显露出一切为了人民、一切依靠人民,不断增进人民福,以人民幸福生活为价值目标的导向;在方法论方面,坚持了辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义,用普遍联系、事物的矛盾运动和历史发展的原则来分析中国问题、解决中国难题。循此理路,"四个全面"战略布局是21世纪中国化的马克思主义最新理论成果。

The strategic layout of ＂four All-round＂ is an important content of Xi Jinping＇s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, a new leap in the combination of Marxism and Chinese reality and practice, and a new development of Chinese wisdom. From the point of view of Marxist philosophy, the ＂four All-round＂ contains extremely rich philosophical implication： in epistemology, it shows the rational way of all proceeding from reality, seeking truth from facts, seeking truth and keeping pace with the times,and in the aspect of theory of value, which shows that everything is for the people, everything depends on the people, constantly pro-motes the well-being of the people, people ＇s happy life as the value of the goal; in the methodology, it adheres to dialectical materialism by using the principle of universal connection, contradictory movement of things and historical development. This paper analyzes China ＇s problems and solves their problems. On this basis, the ＂four-round＂ strategic layout is the latest theoretical achievement of Marxism in China in the 21 st century.
