农村集体资产股份合作制改革的探索与启示——以安徽省天长市为例

2015年以来,天长市积极利用国家级"积极发展农民股份合作、赋予农民对集体资产股份权能改革试点"的利好机遇,稳步探索推进农村集体资产股份合作制改革试点工作,明晰了集体资产权属关系,壮大了村级集体经济实力,促进了农民持续增收,激发了农村发展活力。天长市农村集体资产股份合作制改革取得了显著的试点成效,形成了经验可复制、可推广的"天长模式",对安徽省乃至全国正在深入推进的农村集体产权制度改革具有很好的启示和借鉴价值。

The rural collective assets＇ joint stock partnership system＇s reform of Tianchang has made a remarkable experimental results and formed ＂Tianchang model＂that can be replicated and popularized, which has a good inspiration and reference value for the reform of the rural collective property right system in Anhui province and even the whole country.
