在"互联网+"时代,探索以大数据技术为着力点推动破解人民法院执行难问题,是法院执行模式转变的历史性变革。最高人民法院于2016年3月提出"用两到三年时间基本解决执行难",全力推进执行信息化建设转型升级,这预示着法院执行工作将通过大数据突破"执行难"的难题。解读大数据时代的内涵、大数据时代法院系统对数据的利用现状以及大数据时代法院执行的挑战,攻克我国法院执行难的新路径、新思路,以破除法院执行在实现公平正义上的最后一道"藩篱"。

In the era of ＂Internet＋＂, exploring the use of big data technology as the focus to push and crack the difficult implementation of the people ＇s courts is a historic change in the implementation of the court ＇s execution norm. The Supreme People ＇s Court proposed that＂using 2 to 3 years to solve execution difficulties basically ＂ in March, 2016 advances informatization restructuring and upgrading powerfully, which indicates that the courts＇ execution problems can be solved through big data. By introducing era of big da-ta, analyzing of judicial system utilization status of big data and challenges that courts would be confronted with in big data era, this paper attempts to find new ways and ideas to eliminate the last barrier which hinders the realization of fairness and justice in court execution.
