鞍子河水电站引水隧洞混凝土腐蚀分析及处理

摘要 鞍子河水电站引水隧洞混凝土遭不明原因腐蚀、胀裂破坏,通过现场取混凝土芯样、围岩芯样、环境水样等进行室内试验分析,得出环境水中含严重超标硫酸根离子是混凝土腐烂变质、变形开裂的直接原因。通过采用高抗硫水泥(P. HSR32. 5)对腐蚀混凝土严重段进行置换、仅表面腐蚀的部位在凿除后用亲水性环氧砂浆逐层抹面及对胀裂段进行固结灌浆、化学灌浆、补打系统锚杆等处理,有效治理了水硫酸根离子超标造成的混凝土腐蚀、胀裂问题,可供同类工程参考。 Concrete of water diversion tunnel of Anzihe hydropower station suffers from corrosdamage due to unknown reasons. Environment water contains serious excess sulphate ions, and i tconcrete corrosion d eterioration, deformation and cracking through indoor test analysis, such as core sample, surrounding rock core sample and environmental water sample, etc. High sulfate-resistant cement (P. HSR32. 5) is adopted for replacing section with serious corrosion concrete, the parts with hydrophi l ic epoxy mortar is used for plastering layer by layer, the expansion crack section undergchemical grouting and compensation of system rock bolts, etc., thereby effectively treating the concrete corrosion andexpansion crack problems due to excess sulphate ions in the environment, and referenprojects.
