高职校企合作协同育人德育问题探究

Exploration of Moral Education in Cooperative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

立德树人是育人的根本,本文以高职校企合作为基础,探索协同育人的共同目标,深入挖掘协同育人中的德育目标。全面阐述了职业教育三大目标、企业发展初、中、高目标之间与德育的关系,最终确定宏观、中观、微观的培养目标,为高职德育在校企合作的教育中提供一定的借鉴作用。

Moral education is the basic task of education. This paper tries to explore the common goal of synergic education,especially dig in the moral education goals basing on school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges. It expounds fully three major goal of vocational education and the initial,middle,high goal of the enterprise development. Then it ultimately determines the macro,medium and micro training objectives and has a certain reference function to promote school-enterprise cooperation through moral education.
