局部进展期肾癌术后应用两种靶向药物辅助治疗疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 肾癌具体致病原因尚不明确,可能与遗传、不良习惯、肥胖、慢性病等有关,是一种泌尿小管上皮系统生长的恶性肿瘤,全称为肾细胞癌,也称之为肾腺癌^（[1]）。目前世界范围内医学学者和专家对肾癌的研究众多,随着医疗的发展,靶向治疗经验的积累日益丰富,在肾癌的治疗过程中,我国已有文献讨论此类问题,并且通过研究数据为肾癌治疗提供建议^（[2]）。肾癌靶向药物的辅助治疗在临床已经应用多年,患者用药后有不同程度和类型的不良反应.
