Analysis of New Era Grassroots Party Construction Work Innovation in Government Organizations and Institutions

新时代党的建设和组织工作理论与实践都面，临新的问题和挑战，如何充分运用现代信息技术和智慧手段推动党的建设和基层党组织工作的创新，已经成为新形势下党建工作必须面对的课题。本文提出机关事业单位基层党组织应以制度引领标准化建设，加强人才队伍建设，充分发挥新媒体的作用，走好网络群众路线，完善党建智库建设，扎实推进党建重点工作开展，提高基层党组织执政能力，不断探索规范化、信息化、智慧化的新时代基层党建创新模式。

Both the theory and practice of party construction and organization work in the new era are facing new problems and challenges. How to make full use of modern information technology and wisdom to promote party construction and innovation in grassroots party organizations has become a subject that must be faced under the new situation. This article proposes that the grassroots party organizations of government organizations and institutions should lead the standardization construction with the system,strengthen the construction of talent team,give full play to the role of new media,take the network mass line well,improve the construction of party construction think tank, solidly promote the key work of party construction,raise governing capacity of grassroots party,and continuously explore a new era of grassroots party construction innovation model which is standardized, informationalized, and intelligent.
