金融集聚对经济增长的空间溢出效应研究——以新疆15个地州市为例

Study on Spatial Spillover Effect of Financial Agglomeration on Economic Growth——Taking 15 Prefectures in Xinjiang as an Example

随着经济全球化和信息技术的不断发展，区域间金融资源流动加速，金融服务业集聚效应日益凸显。本文基于新疆2005～2016年15个地州市的空间面板数据，构建了金融集聚与经济增长的空间滞后模型和空间误差模型，得到以下主要结论：第一，新疆15个地州市大部分地区存在金融聚集现象，虽然金融聚集水平总体不高，但又不同程度地增加。第二，新疆15个地州市的金融活动具有空间自相关性，相邻地州市之间存在明显的空间溢出效应。第三，金融集聚对促进经济增长起到一定作用。为此，新疆15个地州市应当加强地市州间金融合作，提高金融服务效率和构建全方位多次层的金融体系。

With the continuous development of economic globalization and information technology,the flow of financial resources among regions is accelerating, and the agglomeration effect of financial service industry is becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the spatial panel data of 15 prefectures in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2016,this paper constructs spatial lag model and spatial error model of the relation between financial agglomeration and economic growth and finds the following conclusions. First,most areas of Xinjiang has a more extensive financial aggregation ,and the level of financial agglomeration in various regions is not high but also increases to varying degree. Second ,The financial activities of 15 prefectures in Xinjiang have spatial autocorrelation,and there are obvious spatial spillover effects between adjacent prefectures. Third, financial agglomeration plays a certain role in promoting economic growth. Therefore ,the prefectures should strengthen financial cooperation among themselves ,improve financial service efficiency and build a comprehensive and multilevel financial system to promote the further economy growth.
