静态混合器混合效果评价方法研究

通过分析聚合物溶液配制工艺对于聚合物溶液的影响,从聚合物溶液粘度损失与聚合物溶液混合均匀度两个方面综合评价聚合物溶液配制效果。提出了一种对于聚合物溶液混合均匀度的评价系数,并建立了一种聚合物溶液配制效果评价方法。现场试验验证,该方法评价结果准确,且操作简单,适合在石油行业中推广,能够为聚合物溶液配制工艺的设计、设备的选型,提供一种判别标准,对石油行业有着重要意义。

This paper evaluates the preparation of poly solu- tion according to the viscosity loss and homogeneity, and analyses the effect of preparation process on poly solution. An evaluation coefficient is given for the homogeneity ofpoly solution. An evaluation method is also proposed for the preparation of poly solu- tion. This method is reliable and simple to use, which demonstrated by the field test, providing a judging standard for the prepara- tion process design and equipment selection. There is an important significance to the petroleum industry.
