宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变临床疗效指标及并发症发生率分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy Indexes and Occurrence Rate of Cervical Precancerous Lesions Treated by Cervical Ring Electrotomy

目的:研究宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变临床疗效指标及并发症发生率效果。方法:选择本院于2016年2月~2018年2月收治的90例宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变患者的数据进行回顾性分析。研究分析患者的临床疗效指标及并发症发生率。结果:90例宫颈癌病变患者术前分级和术后病理分析,宫颈癌病变Ⅰ级的符合率达到76.47%,宫颈癌病变Ⅱ级的符合率达到82.05%,宫颈癌病变Ⅲ级的符合率达到92.68%。90例患者中,2例患者出现并发症,并发症发生率为2.22%;其中1例手术中下腹有轻微的肿胀,手术结束后症状消失;其中1例手术后第二天出现阴道出血情况,采用无菌纱布止血后创面自行愈合。结论:宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果好。

Objective： To study the effect of cervical loop electrosurgery on the clinical outcomes and complications of cervical precancerous lesions. Methodx： A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 90 patients with cervical precancerous lesions treated with cervical loop electrosurgery in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018. Study and analyze the clinical efficacy indicators and the incidence of complications. Resultx： The preoperative grading and postoperative pathological analysis of 90 cases of cervical cancer lesions, the coincidence rate of cervical cancer lesions with grade I reached 76.47%, the coincidence rate of cervical cancer lesions with grade II reached 82.05%, and the coincidence rate of grade III cervical lesions reached 92.68%. Among the 90 patients, 2 patients had complications and the incidence of complications was 2.22%; 1 case had slight swelling in the lower abdomen during surgery and the symptoms disappeared after the operation; 1 case had vaginal bleeding on the second day after surgery. The wound was healed by using a sterile gauze to stop the bleeding. Concluxion： Cervical ring electrotomy is effective in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
