摘要
基于战略和组织管理的理论基础,从不同视角探讨企业的战略变革。以台湾电子产业为研究对象,实证分析结果表明:首先,企业不一定伴随外部环境的变化而实施战略变革。其次,企业的战略变革所形成整体产业的战略分配形态将伴随环境的变化而改变。另外,在不同环境下企业都会有不同的最佳战略选择。最后,战略变革不一定比战略不变产生更好的企业绩效。
With theoretical basis of strategic and organization management, this paper examines the enterprises 'strategic change from various perspectives. Using Taiwan electronics companies as sample data, this empirical analysis shows that: firstly, firms do not necessarily change their strategies in response to environmental shifts; secondly, strategic distribution of overall industry formed by firms' strategic change will change with the environmental shifts; thirdly, the best strategic choice is different in different external environments; finally, performance of firms that changed strategies are not necessarily higher than those that do not change strategies.
