液压制动系统对汽车行驶的安全性及停车可靠性具有直接影响,其故障属于常见的汽车故障。加强汽车液压制动系统的故障诊断及维修研究具有重要意义。介绍了汽车液压制动系统的组成及工作原理,在此基础上结合实际维修案例,重点分析了沃尔沃某型号汽车制动不灵的产生原因及其维修方案,以及红旗某型号轿车制动拖滞的原因与诊断维修方案,并总结出:当汽车制动系统出现故障时,需逐一尝试听、看、摸、试等各故障诊断方法,并充分利用经验、设备仪器等详细诊断故障产生部位,最终确定故障解决方案。

Hydraulic braking system has a direct impact on the safety of vehicle driving and parking reliability,its fault is a common automotive fault. It is of great significance to strengthen the research on fault diagnosis and maintenance of automobile hydraulic brake system. This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the automobile hydraulic braking system,and on the basis of this,combining with the actual maintenance cases,analyzes emphatically the causes of the ineffective braking of a certain type of Volvo car and its maintenance scheme. And the causes of brake delay of Hongqi car and the diagnosis and maintenance scheme. It is concluded that when the automobile brake system fails,it is necessary to try each fault diagnosis method one by one,such as listening,looking,touching and testing,etc.And make full use of experience,equipment and instruments and other detailed diagnosis of the fault location,finally determine the fault solution.
