高速公路白加黑项目不同延缓反射裂缝材料的应用效果对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过室内试验对各延缓反射裂缝材料的耐疲劳性能进行对比分析,同时结合广东省高速公路白加黑项目中不同延缓反射裂缝材料的应用效果进行跟踪观测。结果表明:室内试验中,7种延缓反射裂缝材料的延缓效果排序依此为:聚酯玻纤布>聚酯纤维>SAMI>玻纤格栅>土工布>热粘式压缝带>自粘式压缝带;实际应用中,聚酯玻纤布、SAMI以及增大沥青层厚度的延缓反射裂缝效果较好。另在广东地区白加黑项目中,沥青层厚度每增加1 cm,前三年裂缝反射率可降低约0.0452%·年。 Through the indoors experiments on the fatigue resistance of materials to delay the reflective crack being analyzed,being combined with follow-up observation on application effect of different black covering white pavement material to delay the reflection cracking in Guangdong Province,the results have shown that as for the indoors laboratory test,the sort order of the seven kinds of materials to delay reflection cracks is: polyester fiber polyester glass fiber cloth polyester fiber SAMI fiberglass gridiron geotextile seam belt with hot glue self adhesive seam belt;while in practical application,polyester glass fiber cloth,SAMI and the increase of asphalt layer thickness have better effect to delay the reflection cracking. In addition,in the black covering white pavement project in Guangdong,for every increase in the thickness of asphalt layer by 1 cm,the rate of reflection cracking in the first three years could be reduced by about 0. 0452% ·year.
