Design and Application of A New Type of Simple Lifting Equipment for Large-tonnage and Large Span Box Girder

新型简易提梁设备改变了传统架梁施工中必须用门式起重机或大吨位汽车吊起吊砼梁的施工方法,可根据现场施工情况调整加工高度与宽度,不受地理条件限制,操作简单方便、成本低;能够解决门式起重机不能任意转移场地、安拆费用高、周期长等问题,解决大吨位汽车吊对场地要求比较严格、成本高、资源少等问题,并且具有加工周期短、安全可靠、维修简单、运输方便等优点。

The new type of simple beam lifting equipment has changed traditional construction methods,where a gantry crane or a large-tonnage vehicle crane must be adopted to lift the concrete girders during the construction,and can adjust the processing height and width according to the construction conditions at site, without limitation from geographical conditions,and the operation is simple and convenient with low cost. The problems of gantry cranes such as non-free site transfer,high installation and dismantling cost and not,the long period of time could be solved; and the problems of large-tonnage vehicle cranes such as strict requirements on site conditions,high cost and low resources supply can also be solved. It has also many advantages such as short processing cycle,high safety and reliability,simple maintenance and convenient transportation,and has a high promotion and application value.
