Congestion Analysis and Solution Plan for Humen Bridge

虎门大桥高速公路1997年建成通车以来,随着路网的完善和交通量的增长,道路饱和度逐年上升,服务水平越来越低,如何有效地提高全线通行能力,成为迫切需要解决的问题。分析了造成拥堵的原因和增加车道数的可行性,提出了在高速公路主线上设置通行信号灯的解决方案。

Since the completion of the Humen Bridge in 1997,with the improvement of the road network and the increase of traffic volume,the road saturation has been increasing year by year,the service level has become lower and lower,and how to effectively improve the overall capacity of the bridge has become an urgent problem for the bridge. In this paper,by analyzing the causes of the congestion,the feasibility of increasing the number of lanes has been analyzed,the solution of setting up the traffic signal on the main line of the expressway has been proposed.
