Analysis on Value Traceability Problems and Countermeasures for Highway Engineering Instruments and Equipment

公路工程仪器设备的量值溯源是公路工程质量管理的重要内容之一,为规范公路工程仪器设备检定/校准,确保其量值的准确可靠,通过对公路专用仪器在检定/校准中存在的公用计量技术机构操作不规范和公路专业计量站技术能力不足等问题及原因的分析,提出了加强公路交通行业计量管理体系建设、专业计量站的技术能力建设、计量人员队伍建设,以及加强计量监督等管理与技术方面的建议。

The value traceability of highway engineering instruments and equipment is an important part of the quality management of highway engineering,for standardizing the verification/calibration of highway engineering instruments and equipment,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its value. According to the analysis on the problems and causes of non-standard operation of public metrology institutions and the lacking of technical competence of the professional highway metrology stations,some management and technical advices have been raised in this paper to strengthen the establishment of the metrology management system for highway transportation,technical capacity building,metrology team construction and metrology supervision.
