中医药院校辅修专业建设现状与人才培养对策研究

A Study on the Discipline Construction and Personnel Training of Minor Subjects in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities

随着经济社会不断发展进步,社会对于中医药复合型人才的需求也越来越大,这种大环境下,如何培养中医药的复合型人才成为时代赋予的重要课题。提出中医药院校应通过辅修专业的建设,进一步加强各个学科的交叉,培养出优秀的中医药复合型人才,从而为中医药人才培养模式方面提供有力的理论指导,并力求对我国未来整个中医药行业的发展有所帮助。

With the development of society and economy,the demand for talents specialized in Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）is growing.Under this context,it is of great importance to study this project about how to cultivate talents of this kind.This paper suggests that through the discipline construction of minor subject,TCM schools should strengthen the interaction between different disciplines,cultivate qualified talents,thus to provide potent theoretical guidance for the training model and to offer some help for the development of the TCM industry of China in the future.
