摘要
目的了解医科院校教师的自测健康情况,为改善教师健康状况提供参考。方法采用随机数表与定额抽样相结合的方法选取某医科院校的168名教师进行"自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)"问卷调查,运用单因素方差分析与多元线性回归对SRHMS及维度得分进行统计描述与分析。结果调查对象的SRHMS总均分为75.43±10.18分;中青年教师和讲师的SRHMS得分低,心理健康问题较明显;调查教师患有疾病比例为37.42%,且病种多样;不同睡眠习惯在生理与心理健康子量表方面有差异。结论教师的健康状况不容乐观,对其进行健康管理不仅是教师自身的责任,也是学校、社会亟待解决的问题之一。
Objective By conducting a study on the self-rated health of college teachers,this paper provides a reference to improve college teachers' health.Methods 168 teachers selected by quota sampling in a medical college were assessed by the"self-rated health measurement scale"(SRHMS)questionnaire.Single factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to describe and analyze the SRHMS and its dimensions score.Results The study found that SRHMS total mean score was 75.43±10.18,both young middle-aged teachers and lecturers had poor health self-testing,especially in the mental health.The sickness rate of investigated teachers was 37.42%,and the diseases varied.Different sleep habit in physical and mental health scale had differences.Conclusion The health condition of college teachers is not optimistic.It is not only the responsibility of the teachers to pay attention to the health of teachers,but also the responsibility of society.
