浙江省老年人生活质量满意度调查及其影响因素研究

Study of Life Satisfaction and Its Influencing Factors in Elderly Population in Zhejiang

目的了解浙江省老年人群生活满意度及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的老年人生活质量调查表,对416名浙江省老年人的一般情况和生活满意度相关指标进行入户调查。调查内容包括一般情况和生活质量满意度相关指标两部分内容。结果调查对象中,生活满意度良好278人(66.83%)、中等116人(27.88%)、差22人(5.29%)。经分析,年龄、性别、城乡居住地、居住方式、婚姻状况、经济收入、健康状况、子女孝顺、睡眠状况、医疗保健和宗教信仰对老年人生活满意度均有影响,差异有统计学意义。结论城乡、婚姻状况、经济收入、宗教信仰、子女孝顺等社会家庭因子对老年人生活质量影响作用较大,应加强家庭、社会对于老年人的关爱和支持。

Objective To study life satisfaction and the influencing factors in the elderly population in Zhejiang.Methods 416 senior residents in Zhejiang were investigated by household survey with the self-designed questionnaire about the general situation and life satisfaction.The content of the survey includes two parts：the general situation and the quality of life satisfaction.Results The situation of life satisfaction was that 278 people＇s situation was good（66.83%）,116 people＇s situation was moderate（27.88%）,and bad for 22（5.29%）.Age,gender,urban and rural residence site,living ways,marital status,income status,health status,children filial piety,sleep status,health care status,religion have an effect on the life satisfaction of the elderly.Conclusion Differences between urban and rural,marital status,income status,religious belief,children filial piety,play an important role on the quality of life in the elderly,so we should strengthen the love and support of the family and society to the elderly population.
