基于月嫂陪护的潜在风险隐患分析及管理策略

Potential Risks Analysis and Management Strategies of Yuesao Accompanying at Obstetrics Ward

目的通过比较产科病区两组月嫂陪护潜在的风险问题,探讨医院采取管理策略的效果及可行性。方法选择2015年1-12月在某妇幼保健专科医院产科母婴同室陪护产妇和婴儿的410例月嫂作为研究对象,按月嫂雇请的途经分为观察组210例与对照组200例。对照组为产妇家属自行在院外雇请的月嫂,观察组为医院物业部驻点签约公司的月嫂。结果观察组月嫂陪护的风险问题发生率为6.19%,显著低于对照组(28.50%),P<0.01。两组月嫂在陪护母婴过程中出现风险问题(除窃取财物外)及发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的风险问题发生率显著低于对照组。结论医院引导孕产妇选用医院物业部驻点的经系统培训的月嫂人员照顾,有效地降低了月嫂陪护潜在的风险隐患,保障了医院的管理质量和护理安全。

Objective To investigate the potential risks and management strategies of accompanying department of obstetrics yuesao.Methods 410 yuesao were collected and divided into 2 groups：210 were hired by hospital as observation group and 200 were hired by material＇s relatives from social by themselves as control group.ResultsYuesao risk problems occurrence rate was 6.19%in the observation group,higher than the 28.50%in the control group（P〈0.01）.Differences in risk of health care（except the issues of stolen）between the two groups had a significant statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guiding maternal choose the yuesao hired by hospitals with system training can not only ensures the medical environment,also effectively reduces the risks in nursing safety hidden trouble to maintain the medical order.
