舒适护理对老年体检人员专科护理质量的影响

Influence of Comfortable Nursing on the Specialist Nursing Quality of the Elderly Physical Examination

目的探讨舒适护理对老年体检人员专科护理质量的影响。方法选择2014年1—12月在某三甲医院体检的80例老年人作为对照组,另选择2015年1—12月在该院体检的80例老年人作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理干预,观察两组护理质量与满意度。结果观察组的体检时间和突发事件发生率分别为1.53±0.31h和1.3%,明显少于对照组(2.54±0.44h和13.8%)(P<0.05)。观察组的交单率、项目完成率、一次性完成体检率分别为98.8%、100.0%和98.8%,都明显高于对照组(87.5%、86.3%和85.0%)(P<0.05)。观察组对各方面的护理满意度,包括体检环境舒适、健康宣教、流程便捷、保护个人隐私等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在老年体检人员专科护理中的应用能缩短体检时间,减少体检突发事件的发生率,确保体检者体检的安全,而且提高了体检者的护理满意度,因此具有很好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing on the specialist nursing quality of the elderly physical examination.Methods 80 elderly who had a physical examination from January to December in 2014 were selected as the control group,while other 80 elderly who had a physical examination from January to December in 2015 were selected as the observation group.Routine nursing was given to the control group,and comfortable nursing was given to the observation group.The nursing quality and satisfaction was observed between the two groups.Results The physical examination time and emergencies incidence of the observation group was 1.53±0.31 h and 1.3%,respectively,while that of the control group was 2.54 ±0.44 hand 13.8%,respectively.There were significantly difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The rate of presentation,the completion rate of the project,the completion rate of the physical examination in the observation group were 98.8%,100.0% and 98.8%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group（87.5%,86.3% and 85.0%）.The satisfactions of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group in terms of the environment comfort,the health education,the convenient process,the protection of personal privacy.Conclusion The comfortable nursing can shorten the examination time,reduce the occurrence of medical emergencies,ensure medical security and improve nursing satisfaction,which has good application values in the personnel quality index of the elderly physical examination
