彩色多普勒超声在创伤性急性下肢深静脉血栓诊断的应用价值

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Traumatic Acute Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的:本文探究了彩色多普勒超声对于创伤骨科急性下肢深静脉血栓的诊断意义。方法:通过对50例急性下肢深静脉血栓的患者利用彩色多普勒超声,分析患者下肢深静脉管腔内回声和管腔内径变化以及血栓形成范围,血流动力学改变的情况。结果:患者在急性下肢深静脉血栓管腔内径明显增宽,腔内充满无回声,或者低回声,管腔结构不清晰。结论:彩色多普勒超声对于患者的创伤骨科急性下肢深静脉血栓的诊断具有十分重要的意义,可以为临床工作人员提供早期确诊的信息。

Objective： This study explored the significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of traumatic orthopedic acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods： 50 patients with acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis using color Doppler ultrasound analysis of patients with deep venous endothelium echo and lumen diameter changes and thrombosis range, hemodynamic changes. Results： In patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis lumen diameter significantly wider, the cavity filled with no echo, or hypoechoic, lumen structure is not clear.Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasonography is great significance for the diagnosis of acute traumatic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in trauma patients. It can provide early diagnosis information to clinicians.
