超声、螺旋CT、腹部X线诊断肠梗阻临床对比观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较研究在诊断肠梗阻中超声诊断、螺旋CT诊断、腹部X线诊断的效果以及应用价值。方法:将2015年8月至2017年8月期间我院参与诊治的经手术证实的肠梗阻患者作为此次研究分析的对象,术前所有患者均实行超声诊断、螺旋CT诊断、腹部X线诊断,比较分析超声诊断、螺旋CT诊断、腹部X线诊断的符合率。结果:数据显示,在诊断梗阻部位、肠绞窄、肠梗阻、梗阻原因中,螺旋CT诊断符合率显著高于超声诊断符合率,统计学具有显著组间数据参比意义(P<0.05)。在诊断肠梗阻原因中,螺旋CT诊断符合率82.00%高于超声诊断符合率62.00%,统计学具有显著组间数据参比意义(P<0.05),但在诊断梗阻部位、肠绞窄、梗阻中超声与螺旋CT之间,统计学不具有数据分析参比意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床诊断肠梗阻中超声是有效的一种诊断方式,也是实时监测的最佳措施,与螺旋CT结合诊断检查,可为医师确定疾病提供参考依据。 Objective: To compare the effects of ultrasonic diagnosis, spiral CT diagnosis, and abdominal X-ray diagnosis in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods: Patients with surgically confirmed intestinal obstruction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were used as subjects for this study. All patients underwent ultrasound diagnosis, spiral CT diagnosis,and abdominal X-ray diagnosis before surgery, Comparative analysis of ultrasound diagnosis, spiral CT diagnosis, abdominal X-ray diagnosis of coincidence rate. Results: The data showed that the diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT was significantly higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis in diagnosing obstructive sites, intestinal stumps, intestinal obstruction, and obstruction causes. Statistically, there was significant statistical significance between groups(P0.05). In the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, the coincidence rate of spiral CT was 82.00% higher than the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis62.00%. There was significant statistical significance between the groups(P0.05), but in the diagnosis of obstruction site, intestinal strangulation, obstruction between the ultrasound and spiral CT, the statistics did not have the data analysis reference significance(P 0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound is an effective diagnostic method for diagnosing intestinal obstruction. It is also the best measure for real-time monitoring, combined with spiral CT, it can provide reference for doctors to determine disease.
