膝关节退行性骨关节病的X线平片与MR影像诊断比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究膝关节退行性骨关节病的X线平片与MR影像诊断的比较。方法:选择2015年3月-2017年3月医院收治的膝关节退行性骨关节病患者144例,随机分为两组,分别采用X线平片检查(X线组)和MR影像检查(MR组)方法进行诊断,以关节镜手术病理结果为金标准,比较X线平片和MR影像的诊断准确率。结果:在韧带退变、软骨下囊变、关节腔隙狭窄、关节软骨退变、关节边缘骨赘形成等方面,两种检测方法诊断准确率无显著差异(P>0.05)。在关节积液、滑膜增厚改变、关节腔内游离体、半月板退变及损伤等方面,RM影像诊断准确率均高于X线平片(P<0.05)。结论 :在膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断当中,X线平片和MR影像均是较为常用的方法 ,其中MR影像的能够诊断出更多阳性病变,可为患者疾病治疗提供更充分的依据。 Objective: To compare X-ray plain film to MR imaging to diagnose degenerative osteoarthropathy of the knee joint. Methods: 144 patients suffered from degenerative knee osteoarthritis were selected from March 2015 to March 2017 and were randomly divided into two groups, X-ray Imaging Group and MR group, respectively. Pathological results as a benchmark, the accuracy of two methods were compared. Results: The two methods have no significant difference in ligament degeneration, joint lacunas enosis, subchondral cystic degeneration, articular cartilage degeneration, and the formation of joint edge osteophyte(P0.05). With regard to joint effusion, synovial thickening, loose body, meniscus degeneration and injury, MR imaging method is more accurate(P 0.05). Conclusion:X-ray and MR images are commonly used to diagnose degenerative osteoarthropathy of the knee. MR imaging can diagnose more positive lesions and provide a more sufficient basis for the treatment of patients.
