摘要
导师制是研究生教育的重要制度,随着研究生教育发展壮大,导师制的问题也越来越凸显。导师制存在导师资格荣誉化、导师职责模糊化、导师评价科研化、导学目的功利化以及研究主题导师化等问题。通过对导师的身份属性、职责根本、评价载体和管理归属等内涵进行再解读,提出导师制的目的在于提高研究生培养质量和学位授予水平,导师制改革优化必须与研究生培养质量提升的整体规划统一起来,充分调动有关各方的积极性和主动性,真正发挥导师制应有的作用,达到培养高水平创新性人才的目的。
Graduate tutorial system is an important system for postgraduate education. With the development and expansion of postgraduate education, the problems of tutor system are becoming more and more prominent. The tutor system has some problems, such as the honorary qualifications of tutors, the fuzzification of tutors' duties, the scientific research of tutors, the utilitarianism of the guiding purposes, and the subjects of the study which are completely determined by tutors. The original purpose of the tutorial system is to improve the quality of graduate training and the level of degree award. The reform and optimization of the tutor system must unify the overall planning of the quality improvement of the postgraduate training, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the parties concerned. We should give full play to the proper role of tutorial system so as to achieve the goal of training high level innovative talents.
