Improper Implementation of High Quality Development Strategy in Universities——Talking about Frequent Renaming and Chasing Rankings of Universities

高等学校为了追求高质量发展采取了一些策略,要使这些策略达成预定的目标就需要注意这些策略实施是否失当这一关键性问题。比如,高等学校频繁更名凸显高质量发展的宗旨迷失、疯狂抢人凸显高质量发展的路径迷失、追逐排名凸显高质量发展的目标迷失、苛责校长凸显高质量发展的重心迷失,而高等学校只有建立质量标准才是高质量发展的必由之路。

Universities designed lots strategies to achieve the target of development with high quality in China. In order to realize these targets, the universities need to be vigilant a- gainst the problems of misconducting these strategies. For example, that the universities frequent change their names is to lose the spirit of high quality development; that the universities snatch crazily the excellent applicants is to lose their paths of high quality development; that the universities scramble chase for rankings is to lose their goal of high quality development; that the university presidents are hard punished is to lose their working focuses of high quality development. It is an only way for a university to set up the standard of high quality development, then the university can get real development.
