黑茶色素应用于竹纤维染色工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据黑茶色素和竹纤维的性能特点,在不同媒染剂作用下,运用正交实验法优化黑茶色素对竹纤维的染色工艺。结果表明,柠檬酸媒染固色最优工艺参数为:染色时间60 min,染色温度90℃,染液p H=8,染料用量5 g/200 m L;重铬酸钾媒染固色最优工艺参数为:染色时间40 min,染色温度90℃,染液p H=7,染料用量5 g/200 m L。 The dyeing process of black tea pigment with bamboo fiber was optimized by the orthogonal test under the influences of different mordants, according to the performance of dark tea pigment and bamboo fiber. The results showed the optimal process parameters of dyeing fixation with mordant citric acid: the dyeing time was 60 min, the dyeing temperature was 90 ℃, the dyeing solution p H=8, and the dye amount was 5 g/200 m L. The optimal process parameter with potassium dichromate mordant fixation indicated as follows: the dyeing time was 40 min, the dyeing temperature was 90 ℃, the dyeing solution p H=7, and the dye amount was 5 g/200 m L.
