摘要
研究了H_2O_2/活化剂DM-1430漂白体系在纯棉织物前处理中的应用工艺。分析了H_2O_2用量、活化剂DM-1430用量、漂白液p H、反应温度、反应时间对织物白度、毛效及断裂强力的影响,通过正交实验确定了H_2O_2/活化剂DM-1430体系漂白纯棉织物的优化工艺,即H_2O_2用量4.5 g/L,活化剂DM-1430用量1.2 g/L,精炼剂DM-1335用量2 g/L,80℃漂白50 min,p H=8。结果表明,与传统氧漂工艺相比,H_2O_2/活化剂DM-1430体系漂白纯棉织物的工艺温和,漂白温度较低,纤维损伤较小,漂白效果理想,工艺具有可行性。
The technology of hydrogen peroxide/activator DM-1430 about bleaching cotton fabric was studied. On the basis of analyzing the bleaching performance(whiteness, capillary effect and breaking strength) influenced by factors such as hydrogen peroxide concentration, activator DM-1430 consumption, p H, bleaching temperature and treatment time, the optimal bleaching technology was determined via orthogonal experiments, i.e. hydrogen peroxide 4.5 g/L, activator DM-1430 1.2 g/L, the scouring agent DM-1335 2 g/L, p H=8, bleaching at 80 ℃ for 50 minutes. Results of performance test indicated that compared with the traditional oxygen bleaching process, the technology of hydrogen peroxide/activator DM-1430 had mild bleaching conditions, lower bleaching temperature, less fiber damage, ideal bleaching effect and feasibility.
