摘要
为了提高剪毛机的自动化程度,提高生产效率,以西门子S7-200 Smart CPU SR40可编程控制器为主站,丹佛斯FC360系列变频器为从站,采用Kinco触摸屏作为系统的人机界面,使用danfoss FC总线协议的主从方式进行通讯,运用变频器自由PID功能实现闭环恒张力控制,结合机器视觉技术,在剪毛机机械结构的基础上设计了剪毛机的智能控制系统。
To improve the shearing machine automation and production efficiency, combined with machine vision technology and based on the mechanical structures of the machine, an intelligent control system for shearing machine has been designed. This system used SIEMENS S7-200 Smart CPU SR40 programmable controller as master station, Danfoss FC360 series frequency converter as the slave station, Kinco touch screen as human-machine interface, master-slave mode of Danfoss FC bus protocol to communicate and free PID function of inverter to realize the control of closed-loop constant tension.
