摘要
探讨硫酸铝钾后媒染条件下,采用一浴二步法,应用核桃青皮色素染色羊毛纤维的染色工艺,以染色温度、染液用量、媒染剂浓度和染色pH为主要变化因素,进行正交实验,获得优化的染色工艺参数为:染色温度100℃,染液用量80 mL,媒染剂用量8%,染色pH=4.5。
The dyeing process of wool fiber with walnut peel pigment was studied by using one-bath-two-step method under the mordant condition of aluminum potassium sulfate. The orthogonal test was carried out with dyeing temperature, dye content, mordant concentration and dyeing pH as the main change factors. The optimum dyeing process parameters were as follows: dyeing temperature 100 ℃, dye liquor content 80 mL, mordant dosage 8%, dyeing pH=4.5.
