诺威克隆TS活性染料应用性能研究

Study on application performance of Novacron TS reactive dyes

为了解决活性染料染色所面临的同步性差、耐日晒色牢度差和光致变色等问题,研究诺威克隆TS活性染料的应用性能。结果表明,诺威克隆TS三原色具有良好的溶解性和提升性,在上染和固色方面均表现出优异的同步性,且无光致敏现象;浅、中色条件下,其耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度和耐日晒色牢度优异,均在4级以上。

In order to solve the insufficient of reactive dyes in poor synchronization, poor light fastness and photochromism, the application performances of Novacron TS were studied. The results showed that the three-primary colors of Novacron TS had good solubility and promotion, excellent synchronization in dyeing and fixing, and no photochromism. The washing fastness, rubbing fastness and light fastness were excellent with above 4 grade when dyed middle and light color.
