摘要 采用提取的悬铃木落叶色素对锦纶织物进行染色。探讨了染色温度、时间、p H及不同媒染剂对锦纶织物K/S值的影响,得出悬铃木落叶色素上染锦纶织物的最佳工艺条件,并研究了染色动力学。结果表明,在弱酸(p H=5.5)、100℃时,采用硫酸铜作为媒染剂,染色40 min得到的锦纶织物具有良好的得色量。动力学研究表明,色素在锦纶织物上的染色过程适合用准二级动力学模型描述,色素的上染速率随温度升高而提高。 The extraction of ginkgo leaves pigment was used in nylon fabric dyeing. The influences of dyeing temperature, time, p H and mordant on K/S value of nylon were dicussed. The optimum process conditions of ginkgo leaves pigment dyeing of nylon fabric was obtained, and dyeing kinetics was studied. The results showed that the optimum dyeing conditions were pH=5.5, temperature 100 ℃, time 40 min, copper sulphate mordant. The adsorption kinetics of ginkgo leaves pigment on nylon fabrics could be described by the pseudo second-order kinetic model. The dyeing rates increased with temperature rising.
