摘要
为了获得高品质棉针织物,实现低温精炼漂白清洁生产,探讨了棉针织物低温酶精炼双氧水漂白一浴两步法工艺。筛选出酶活较高的精炼酶JLA,先对织物进行低温精炼,然后添加漂白催化剂S-LTB进行低温漂白。优化低温酶精炼与漂白一浴两步处理工艺:精炼酶JLA 0.4 g/L,表面活性剂1305 1.0 g/L,浴比1∶10,55℃处理30 min,同浴低温漂白;30%H_2O_2 10 g/L,漂白催化剂S-LTB 1.0 g/L,50%Na OH 1.0 g/L,70℃处理30 min。该工艺处理织物的白度达到70.5%、强力保留率为97.1%、润湿性时间小于1 s,低温工艺处理效果与传统高温工艺相当。
In order to obtain high quality cotton knitted fabric and realize low-temperature scouring and bleaching cleaner production, one-bath bio-scouring and bleaching of cotton knitted fabric at low temperature was discussed. First-ly, the scouring enzyme JLA was screened out which had high activity. Bleaching catalyst S-LTB was added to achieve low temperature bleaching. Secondly, the process was optimized scouring enzyme JLA 0.4 g/L, surfactant 1305 1.0 g/L, liquor ratio of 1∶10, treating at 55 ℃ for 30 min for bio-scouring; 30% H2O2 10 g/L, bleaching catalyst S-LTB 1.0 g/L, 50% NaOH 1.0 g/L, treating at 70 ℃ for 30 min for bleaching. The whiteness of the treated fabric at this low temperature process is 70.5%, the strength retention rate is 97.1% and the wetting time is less than 1 s. The effect of low temperature treated fabric is equivalent to that of the traditional high temperature process.
