摘要
对平板膜MBR在印染废水提标扩容改造中的应用进行分析,结果显示,平板膜MBR是印染污水处理高效工艺,特别是在提标扩容改造项目中,具有占地面积小、出水保障性高、膜污染速度慢、膜清洗简单等优点,处理出水可以直接回用于生产,或接入RO反渗透系统深度处理后替代自来水或软水回用,可节省投资及运行费用。
The application of flat membrane MBR in the upgrading and capacity expansion projects of printing and dyeing wastewater was analyzed. The results showed that flat membrane MBR was an efficient technology for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, and especially in the upgrading and capacity expansion projects, it had the advantages of small floor area, high water supply, slow membrane fouling and simple cleaning of membrane. The treated effluent can be directly used for production, or its access to the RO reverse osmosis system to replace tap water or soft water reuse after depth treatment. That can save investment and operation costs.
