摘要
针对城市防汛工作中出现的信息不及时、决策失误等问题,对信息采集、数据管理、业务应用的逻辑关系进行研究,设计一种采用层次结构模块化设计的城市防汛平台。通过增加传感器构建泛在化的水务大数据,利用云计算、分布式存储技术分析处理数据,完善智慧化的业务应用。在城市防汛领域,为信息采集、数据分析、业务实施提供有力支撑,并给智慧水务业务建设提供参考。
In order to resolve inadequate information, decision errors, and other issues in urban flood prevention work, it studies on the logical relationship between information collection, data management and business application, there a urban flood prevention platform based on hierarchical structure is designed. In this paper,it builds ubiquitous big data of water affairs by adding sensors, uses cloud computing and distributed storage technology to analyze and process data, and improves the application of smart business. It provides strong support for information collection, data analysis and business implementation in urban flood prevention area, and provides reference for the construction of smart water affairs.
