摘要
玉米籽粒直收方式有望成为未来的主流发展趋势,玉米籽粒脱粒装置是玉米籽粒联合收获机的重要工作部件,对玉米籽粒收获质量有显著影响。设计了适用于沃得DC60型轮式联合收获机的脱粒装置,确定了脱粒装置材料与结构尺寸,通过ANSYS软件对柔性脱粒元件和刚性脱粒元件分别与玉米果穗的碰撞过程分别进行了有限元仿真分析。结果表明:柔性脱粒装置对玉米果穗造成的最大压力、接触面积、应力和应变均小于刚性脱粒装置,接触时长高于刚性脱粒装置。
In the future, the corn grain direct harvesting method is expected to become the mainstream develop- ment trend. The corn grain threshing device is an important working component of the corn grain combine har- vester and has a significant impact on the corn grain harvest quality. In this paper, the material and structural di- mensions of the threshing device are determined which suitable for the Wode DC60 wheeled combine harvester. The corn ear collision process between the flexible threshing element and the rigid threshing element is Separately Simulation analysis in ANSYS. The results showed that the maximum pressure, contact area, stress and strain caused by the flexible threshing device on the corn ear are all smaller than those of the rigid threshing device, and the contact time is longer than that of the rigid threshing device.
