基于Flash单元的FPGA编程原理研究

摘要 为发挥基于Flash架构的FPGA的编程优势,以Actel公司的一款基于Flash架构的FPGA产品为例,详细分析该体系的架构与结构特点,提出编程通路电路模块的设计方案,并在此基础上完成整体电路结构的搭建,以此分析关键模块的结构和功能。综合考虑JTAG、控制逻辑逻辑电路、寻址编程电路、字线和位线编程高压通路模块、编程高压产生电路模块等的结构与功能能特点,对Flash存储单元阵列进行深入研究。最终运用NC-Verilog数字电路仿真工具完成编程电路系统的控制逻辑仿真验证,实验结果充分证明此编程系统运转及设计方案切实可行。 In order to give full play to the programming advantages of FPGA based on Flasharchitecture, taking an FPGA product based on Flash architecture of Actel company as an example, thispaper analyzes the architecture and structural characteristics of the system in detail, puts forward thedesign scheme of programming path circuit module, and on this basis completes the construction of theoverall circuit structure, so as to analyze the structure and functions of key modules. Taking into accountthe structural and functional characteristics of JTAG, control logic circuit, addressing programmingcircuit, word line and bit line programming high voltage path module, and programming high voltagegenerating circuit module, etc., the Flash memory cell array is studied in depth. Finally, the NC-Verilogdigital circuit simulation tool is used to complete the control logic simulation verification of theprogramming circuit system. The experimental results fully prove that the operation and design scheme ofthe programming system are feasible.
