摘要
目的探究依巴斯汀联合透明质酸凝胶敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果。方法随机从我中心皮肤科门诊2017年1月—2018年1月接受治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者中,抽取70例,并分为对照组与观察组,均35例,对照组使用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组使用依巴斯汀联合透明质酸凝胶敷料治疗,观察两组皮肤愈合状态。结果观察组皮肤愈合总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用依巴斯汀联合透明质酸凝胶敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎能够有效消除皮肤临床症状,治疗效果理想。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ebastine combined with hyaluronic acid gel dressing on the treatment of facial hormonedependent dermatitis.Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group from January 2017 to January 2018 from department of dermatology in our center.The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment,and the observation group was treated with ebastine and hyaluronic acid gel dressing,and the skin healing state of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate of skin healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis with the combination of tacrolimus ointment and hyaluronic acid gel dressing can effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms of skin,and the therapeutic effect is ideal.
