小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗支气管哮喘作用分析

Analysis of Inhalation of Low-dose Glucocorticoid Budesonide in the Treatment of Budesonide

目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入在临床中治疗支气管哮喘的应用价值。方法收集2016年1月—2017年3月昌吉某医院治疗的90例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为常规组与研究组,每组各45例,常规组给予常规药物治疗,研究组给予小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗,对比两组患者的FEV_1和治疗有效率。结果研究组的FEV_1占预计值百分比、治疗总有效率分别为(91.6±4.5)%、95.6%,高于常规组的(82.7±3.6)%、82.2%,两项对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗支气管哮喘,治疗效果明显,有效改善肺功能情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of low-dose glucocorticoid budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in a hospital in Changji from January 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the routine group and the study group.45 patients in each group,the control group was treated with conventional drugs.The study group was given a low dose of inhaled budesonide with glucocorticoids,FEV_1 and treatment efficacy in both groups was compared.Results The percentage of FEV_1 in the study group and the total effective rate of treatment were（91.6±4.5）% and 95.6%,respectively,which were significantly higher than（82.7±3.6）% and 82.2% of the conventional group.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of low-dose glucocorticoid budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma has obvious therapeutic effects and can effectively improve pulmonary function.
