摘要
目的探讨埃索美拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗作用及对相关指标的影响。方法选择2016年6月—2017年2月胃溃疡患者90例,根据治疗方法分组。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组则给予埃索美拉唑治疗。比较两组胃溃疡控制率;溃疡愈合时间、相关症状消失时间;治疗前后患者IFN-Γ、CRP、NO水平;药物不良反应率。结果观察组胃溃疡控制率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组溃疡愈合时间、相关症状消失时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组IFN-Γ、CRP、NO水平相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组IFN-Γ、CRP、NO水平优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物不良反应率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论埃索美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的应用效果确切,可有效改善炎症因子,提高NO水平,缓解临床症状,缩短疗程,无明显副作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer and the influence of related indexes.Methods 90 patients with gastric ulcer from June 2016 to February 2017 were selected according to the treatment group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the observation group was treated with esomeprazole.The control rate of gastric ulcer,ulcer healing time and the time of disappearance of related symptoms were compared between the two groups.The levels of IFN-gamma,CRP and NO before and after treatment were compared.Results The control rate of gastric ulcer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P 〈0.05.The time of ulcer healing and the time of disappearance of related symptoms were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,P 〈0.05.The levels of IFN-gamma,CRP and NO were similar in the two groups before treatment,P 〉0.05.After treatment,the levels of IFN-gamma,CRP and NO in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P 〈0.05.There was no significant difference in the adverse drug reaction rate between the observation group and the control group(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer.It can effectively improve inflammatory factors,improve the level of NO,relieve clinical symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,and has no obvious side effects.
