小儿重症肺炎行甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合多巴胺疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate Combined With Dopamine in Children With Severe Pneumonia

目的观察小儿重症肺炎行甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合多巴胺的临床疗效。方法随机选定2016年3月—2018年3月本院儿科收治的重症肺炎患者92例,遵循随机数字表法的分组原则,分为观察组、对照组,每组样本容量46例。对照组应用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,观察组应用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合多巴胺治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合多巴胺可有效缓解重症肺炎患者临床症状,加快机体康复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with dopamine in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 92 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital were randomly selected from March 2016 to March 2018.The observation group and control group were divided according to the grouping principle of the random number table method.Each group had a sample size of 46 cases.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate,the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate and dopamine,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference（P 〈0.05）.ConclusionMethylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with dopamine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with severe pneumonia and accelerate the recovery of the body.
