细胞毒药物集中配置存在的问题及干预措施

The Existing Problems in the Process of Cytotoxic Drugs Configuration and the Effect Analysis of Intervention Measures

目的分析细胞毒药物配置过程中存在的问题,提出干预措施。方法选取2017年1—6月我院细胞毒药物配置情况作为对照组,未对其药物配置予以干预;对2017年7—12月细胞毒药物配置作为观察组,针对药物配置问题,提出改进措施,对比药物配置差错发生情况。结果观察组医生用药不规范、审方错误、贴瓶错误、摆药错误、核对错误发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对细胞毒物配置过程中存在的问题,提出持续改进干预措施,能减少药物配置差错发生,实现安全有效用药目的。

Objective To analyze the existing problems in the process of cytotoxic drug distribution and to put forward the intervention measures.Methods From January 2017 to June 2017,the distribution of cytotoxic drugs in our hospital was selected as the control group,and the drug configuration was not intervened.The configuration of cytotoxic drugs was taken as an observation group from July 2017 to December 2017,and the improvement measures were put forward in view of the problem of drug allocation,and the occurrence of drug allocation errors was compared.Results The incidence of nonstandard medication,errors of prescription examination,bottle sticking,dispensing and checking was lower in the observation group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Aiming at the problems existing in the process of cell toxicant configuration,the author proposed continuous improvement intervention measures,which can reduce the occurrence of drug configuration errors and achieve safe and effective drug use.
