左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症效果观察

Clinical Effect of Levothyroxine on Elderly Patients With Hypothyroidism

目的探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症的效果。方法随机将我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的78例老年甲状腺功能减退症患者分为两组,每组39例。对照组给予甲状腺片;观察组在对照组的基础上给予左甲状腺素钠。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率等均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清FT3、TSH及FT4等指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症效果理想,用药安全性高,保障了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine in the treatment of senile hypothyroidism.Methods 78 patients with senile hypothyroidism who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was given thyroid tablets; the observation group was given levothyroxine sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups compared.Results The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The serum levels of FT3,TSH,and FT4 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of levothyroxine is ideal,it has high safety and protects the patient＇s quality of life.
